These CAN-based Expansion modules provide extra inputs and outputs when connected to a logger or
ECU. The E888 features 8 AV inputs and 8 thermocouple inputs with inbuilt amplifiers, whereas the
E816 has 16 AV inputs. Both feature extra digital inputs, and 8 outputs.

The EDL3 & ESDL3 provide the data-logging functions of the ADL3 & SDL3 displays loggers. These
high power units come with 16MB of logging included.
The MoTeC Central Logging System has been developed as the ultimate acquisition tool
for those that place high demands on their data system. This system consists of an ACL
(Advanced Central Logger) plus multiple VIMs (Versatile Input Modules). Mating Connectors not in-

The SVIM has eighteen 15bit inputs which sample at the same moment in time to give synchronised da-
ta of the highest integrity for use in advanceced chassis and suspension analysis. Multiple SVIMs can be
synchronised so that they sample all their 15 bit inputs at the same time to aid in chassis analysis.
The MoTeC Accident Data Recorder (ADR) records lateral, longitudinal and vertical chassis G-force
data during an accident. Readings are made continuously (cyclic logging) to allow data capture im-
mediately previous to the event which triggered the logging.
The ADR is a standalone device that can be used in isolation or in conjunction with other devices such
as a GPS, data logger or ECU. The ADR firmware can be customised to suit each application.
