9. Checking downloaded data, charts and events

If you click on Archive Management > Working Time > Drivers, you can display, modify and evaluate other

driver activities in addition to the activities from analogue and digital tachographs.

Proceed as follows to obtain an overview of a driver's activities:

On the Archive Management .1. tab, click on Working Time .2.> Drivers .3.

The list of drivers for the selected site is displayed

Select a different Site .4. if necessary.

The list is updated.

Select a driver .5..

The Yearly Overview for that driver is displayed.

All days for which activities have been saved are colour-coded:

Activities recorded by a tachograph.

Other activity data.

Tachograph data and other activities.

Overlaps have occurred between saved activities.

The vehicle has been driven without an inserted driver card

Hold your mouse pointer over the

day or activity to view. .6.

A window with detailed information

about recorded activities for that day

is displayed.
