8.1.1 Structure of the export file

If you have not made any changes to the "TISExportCharts.INI" file, the content

of the export file could look like this (if you selected the semicolon as your

separator):

Important

Please note two points here. If, between two separators,

• "" is displayed, this refers to master records for which no entries are available

in TIS-Office; e.g. driver code.

• is displayed, this refers to variable data for which no entries are available

in TIS-Office; e.g. odometer reading at start of activity.

Column Description

1 Date of activity

2 Driver's first name

3 Driver's surname

4 Company code.

Company-specific number for the driver.

5 Registration number of the vehicle

6 Chassis number of the vehicle

7 Odometer reading at start of activity.

Details in kms or miles in accordance with TIS-Office settings.

8 Odometer reading at end of activity.

Details in kms or miles in accordance with TIS-Office settings.

9 Time at which the activity began.

10 Time at which the activity ended.

11 Number of activity:

• 1 = Driving time

• 2 = Active

• 3 = Passive

• 4 = Rest time.

12 Card slot in which the driver card was inserted:

• 1 for Driver 1

• 2 for Driver 2.
