Automatic Transfer Settings

You use this function to assign transfer folders to your company sites and

define the Outdoor Terminal settings for the automatic file transfer service

(TISFileTransfer Service). This service enables you

• to transfer download files from an Outdoor Terminal to a transfer folder.

You can assign the transfer folders to your company sites; see the next

chapter.

• to transfer files from the transfer folders to the IFS folder for import into TIS-

Office.

You can transfer files from an Outdoor Terminal or a Downloadterminal.

Assigning transfer folders

To assign a transfer folder to a company site:

Please note that you must create the transfer folder first to assign it to a

company site.

1 Start ToolBox 2 and enter the login data for the database administrator.

See the Marginal note "Access to TIS-Office ToolBox 2" on Page 3.

The Main Window For TISOffice DBA window will open.

2 Click on [Automatic Transfer Settings].

The Automatic File Transfer Settings and Outdoor Terminal Settings

dialogue box will open.
