Database administrator Start ToolBox and enter the credentials below to log in as a database

administrator:

•User ID: TISOFFICEDBA

• Password: dbasvsso

For more information on how to log in please refer to Chapter "Start and login"

on Page 7.

Important

The company code must not be entered when logging on as a database

administrator.

A separate log file named "TISAdmin.log" is saved in the path entered when

TIS-Office is installed, e.g. "C:/Program Files/Siemens/TIS-Office/Logs".

Under this path you will find the ToolBox 2 activity log (protocol) that can help

you if any errors have occurred.

In case of severe TIS-Office database problems you can send a copy of this

log file to your service partner.
